Chauncy’s property exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The listing photos accurately represent the home, but stepping inside and seeing the calm, crystal‑clear water just steps from the back door is something pictures can’t fully capture. The home was spotless, with comfortable bedding and furniture, and plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing in the sun. When we arrived, the house was stocked with basic essentials, such as paper towels, trash bags, and toiletries, which made settling in easy. The outdoor sitting area is spacious and perfect for enjoying peaceful meals while listening to gentle waves instead of crowded beach noise. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. We met a few of the neighbors and enjoyed casual conversations with them. The property is conveniently located with a 15 minute drive from the airport and less than 5 minutes from a well‑stocked grocery store. If you’re looking for secluded beauty away from the crowds, this property is for you!

The penthouse apartment was so beautiful and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. It’s away from the busy downtown but still convenient to take a taxi to town. The resort amenities were great. Beautiful beaches both on the ocean side and the lagoon side. So nice to have access to beach chairs and hammocks. We saw lots of sea turtles, rays, and nurse sharks on the property. There are lots of restaurant options directly on site. We loved it!

What a great stay for my wife and I. Location of this condo is amazing ! 10-15 minute walk to restaurants, beaches or activities! The condo was very clean and has everything you need, also features a great size pool which is always in the sun, and a great fitness facility. Both Ryan and Chauncy were great to answer questions or provide info if required! We were so glad we stayed here and would not hesitate to rebook when we come back !

+ Great place! Beautiful and comfortable apartment, close to the pool, functional kitchen, comfortable bed. The owners responded very quickly and were always available to help in every situation. I highly recommend it! - The only downside: the bathroom wasn't exactly clean; there were a lot of long, dark hairs in the shower under the mat and by the sink.

We had a great stay. The location was perfect and everything was easy and relaxing. We will absolutely be back. The only suggestion we’d make is possibly upgrading to larger shower heads.

Looked just like the photos you won’t regret staying here. Panoramic views of the beach and marina it was very pretty! Easy access, quiet location and beach. House was clean and had beach towels, small cooler, blender, soaps, etc. We saw turtles and sea rays in the canal and at the beach. Walked at the marina daily to the cafe to get Starbucks coffee. Restaurant at the marina was good but a bit pricey. Theres also a bar by the pool at the marina that we didn’t visit. There’s a nice grocery store about a mile down the road that had reasonable prices. Security was stationed at the entrance to Palm Cay and the Cove condo. Felt very safe. A lot of restaurants are closer to paradise island and other more populated areas but driving there was a breeze. I also saw some people took taxis from the condos. Enjoyed this side of the island since it’s a bit more quiet. Half hour drive to Paradise Island beaches. Overall it was a great stay and Chauncy was an awesome host! Would stay here again!

Our stay at this Airbnb villa was nothing short of amazing — truly the best day ever! From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely stunning. The villa was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt like a private paradise. Ideal position for access to everything on Paradise Island. Our host provided great local advice on where to eat and recommended a car hire company who were also excellent value. We had a great stay and the apartment was ideal for everything we wanted

I have stayed at Christine's place several times, and every time it has been great. It is clean and comfortable, and is one of the first listings I look for whenever I am staying in Nassau. Another side benefit is that the compound has a generator, which was great when the electricity went out during my last stay. I would stay again.

Excellent! Host was responsive and helpful. Location is a quick walk to the beach. I loved the high ceilings and the place is roomy. I felt right at home. Front desk staff are very friendly.
