Chauncy's place was even better in person than it was in the pictures. The location was very private but not to far from the surrounding scenery. check-in was a breeze and very convenient. I must say that Chauncy's place was very very clean and had all the amenities needed for a long or short stay. as a host Chauncy was very responsive and even gave recommendations on places to visit. I'd definitely recommend his place and stay here again. So peaceful !

This was the best experience, for people who love boats and salt life ! The people watching ( my favorite ) , the convenience of shops for food and drinks , the multiple tours ( we used Shore to shore ( the best day !) and excursions the leave from the next dock over and the taxi service 20 steps away . Atlantis bars and restaurants are a 5 min walk. my only complaint is that we didn’t stay longer!!!! Thank you !!!! We hope to come back again !

This flat is just how it is described on the webpage. It is cozy and has all what you need to spend a couple of days in Nassau. Nice and green area around the compound.

This place was amazing! Chauncy was extremely responsive. We had an issue eith the oven and the owner came the next day to assist. He was absolutely amazing. Description is accurate.. just a few steps from the beach and restaurant. Beach was clean and not crowded at all. Restaurant had good food and even better drinks. We came for a funeral and staying here and dealing with Chauncy and Jeffrey made my visit easy and stress free. WHEN I come back this is where ill be. 100/10!!!

Wir hatten 6 Tage gebucht und fühlten uns von der ersten Minute sehr wohl ! Das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Küche ist ein Traum ,genauso wie der Rest der Wohnung. Wir haben gerne abends den Balkon genutzt und den Pool draußen. Zum Strand läuft man ungefähr 10 Minuten,genauso wie zum Supermarkt. Das ganze Personal rund ums Gebäude waren super nett. Ryan und Chaucney waren immer flott mit ihren Informationen,haben schnell geantwortet,respektvoll und freundlich. Mein Mann und Ich haben stressige Jobs und wir wollten einfach nur entspannen und uns wohl fühlen. Ich kann dieses Apartment nur von Herzen empfehlen ❤️

Estuvimos alojados 3 días en el apartamento de Chauncy y nos encantó el lugar. Es realmente como se ve en las fotos, grande, muy cómodo y estaba todo limpio. El condominio es tranquilo y seguro. Chauncy en todo momento estuvo pendiente por si necesitábamos algo, fue muy atento y amable e inclusive nos envió mensaje con información y actividades para realizar en la isla. Recomiendo su apartamento para hospedarse en Bahamas! 🙂

Ryan’s place was amazing! It was peaceful, exactly as pictured, and spotlessly clean. The space was super comfortable and easy to access, making our stay really relaxing. The only thing keeping it from a perfect 10/10 (and I’m being picky!) were the pillows — a bit lumpy and worn, and I’m big on good pillows. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed the house. The beach was wonderful and very walkable and ocean was easy to swim in or snorkel. We saw a total of three people on the beach in the four days we stayed. This was a small complex with plenty of privacy. You need a car because this is a residential area and stores and restaurants require a drive. Comfortable furniture and very clean. Appreciated Chauncy for working with us as our plans changed several times and he worked with us! Thanks!!

We enjoyed our stay at Chauncy's place. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Atlantis and Marina Village were an easy walk from the Airbnb. Chauncy was a great communicator and responded very promptly to any of my questions. I can tell he takes great pride in his properties and wants to make sure his guests are satisfied. He referred us to our driver for the week, Justin, who also did an excellent job.

The apartment was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay.
