Neighborhood

Palm Cay is a very safe and friendly environment. The neighbors come from all around the world, you will also see some vacationers. The beach, pools, and clubhouse are never crowded.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy complimentary access to the Starfish Isles neighborhood pool overlooking the beach, with lounge chairs included as part of their stay. Palm Cay Beach Club membership is optional and provides access to the upscale pool located next to the on-site restaurant, a private section of beach with lounge chairs and umbrellas, and the tiki bar. The membership fee is $20 per person, per day (with an additional $10 per day for gym access), subject to a minimum of three consecutive days. Please note that the beach itself is public and does not require a membership. Guests are welcome to enjoy the beach freely at any time; however, Beach Club lounge chairs, umbrellas, and facilities are reserved for members only. All other Palm Cay amenities are accessible without purchasing a Beach Club membership, including tennis and pickleball courts, the golf putting green, children’s playground, dining at Pink Octopus, Starbucks coffee at the marina, and rentals (fees apply) such as bikes, cars, golf carts, paddleboards, kayaks, and jet skis.

Just came back from a week at Chauncy's home with our family group of 6 that included three generations and could not have had a better experience. The condo is beautiful and was spotlessly clean and well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies to get through the first few days. The surroundings are pristine and peaceful a bit away from the commotion of downtown Nassau. We enjoyed dining and take-out from the onsite restaurant, with excellent food options for adults and kids (including pizza!) The highlight of our week was utilizing the services of the Property Manager Geoffrey and his crew of outstanding drivers. Geoffrey is the kindest and most helpful person we could have asked for. He encouraged us to call him with any requests, concerns and always responded within minutes. We opted to use his services for transport rather than rent a car and were so glad we did. His drivers' knowledge, friendliness and concern for our safety was well worth the price!

From when we booked to the end of our trip, Chauncy, Geoffrey, and Stephen were kind, responsive, and helpful. Stephen was our driver for the entire week and was ALWAYS there on time, making recommendations and we enjoyed the talks on our drives. He treated each of us with respect and was so courteous with getting us what we needed. The convenience of having him truck the 6 of us around the island was well worth the money!! Geoffrey was wonderful and quick to respond with anything we needed. He engaged in conversation with each of us (even the teens), making us feel like family. Anything we needed or wanted to do, he made arrangements, suggestions, reservations. Chauncy opened his home to us and it is comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming. I love when people think of the littlest things, like throw blankets! So many places forget this simple comfort! I could write a novel about the beauty of this place and the comfort of Palm Cay community!! No goodbyes, just see you soon!!

Chauncy was a great host. He communicated well from booking to departure. The home is beautiful, peaceful, comfortable. I loved the large bedrooms and the way the bedrooms were set up. Anyone in the group could take private time for themselves and relax in there room. A beautiful beach is right across the street from the home. The restaurant on site food and service was great. They were very accommodating. My family and I are talking about making our spring break trip a yearly tradition at Chauncy’s place. We LOVED it.

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property. Host Chauncy was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and made the entire process smooth from booking through check-out. The home itself was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and very clean. It provided easy access and had everything our large family needed to feel comfortable and settled. The neighborhood was quiet, relaxing, and well maintained. We felt safe and truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The beaches nearby were stunning and added to our experience. Access to the clubhouse was well worth the additional cost — the pools and gym were excellent amenities that our family really enjoyed. We also highly recommend the Pink Octopus restaurant for great food and a fun dining experience. There is also a lovely park within the community and a spa that we unfortunately did not have time to use, but would definitely plan to enjoy on a future visit. Overall, this was fantastic stay and beautiful location!

Le logement était fidèle à la description. Les environs sont calmes, la plage devant la maison est splendide et très peu fréquentée. Il est vrai que c’est un peu à l’extérieur de la ville, mais tout est accessible en voiture facilement en 30 à 60 minutes maximum. 60 minutes c’est pour traverser l’île au complet. Il est très facile de circuler sur l’île. Il y a un supermarché à 5 minutes en voiture et un autre à 10 minutes en voiture. Je reviendrais ici n’importe quand.

We had an excellent stay at Chauncy’s home in Nassau! The property was exactly as pictured. Palm Cay is an excellent gated community and marina. It is very well maintained, with great amenities and truly beautiful beaches. We felt safe, relaxed, and really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. Chauncy was responsive and easy to communicate with, and check-in and checkout were simple and smooth. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Nassau!

Chauncy was an outstanding host and our stay in the Bahamas was absolutely fantastic. The property was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located. Everything felt thoughtfully prepared, from check-in to checkout, and communication with Chauncy was smooth, professional, and responsive throughout our stay. The space itself was comfortable, stylish, and ideal for enjoying the Bahamas. We felt at home immediately and had everything we needed to relax and fully enjoy the experience. The overall quality, atmosphere, and attention to detail easily make this a 10/10 stay. The only minor note is that the air conditioning on the top level was slightly less powerful (more humid) than on the other floors, especially during the hottest parts of the day. That said, it did not take away from the overall experience and was a very small detail in an otherwise flawless stay. I would absolutely recommend Chauncy’s place and would not hesitate to stay here again.
