From when we booked to the end of our trip, Chauncy, Geoffrey, and Stephen were kind, responsive, and helpful. Stephen was our driver for the entire week and was ALWAYS there on time, making recommendations and we enjoyed the talks on our drives. He treated each of us with respect and was so courteous with getting us what we needed. The convenience of having him truck the 6 of us around the island was well worth the money!! Geoffrey was wonderful and quick to respond with anything we needed. He engaged in conversation with each of us (even the teens), making us feel like family. Anything we needed or wanted to do, he made arrangements, suggestions, reservations. Chauncy opened his home to us and it is comfortable, beautiful, and welcoming. I love when people think of the littlest things, like throw blankets! So many places forget this simple comfort! I could write a novel about the beauty of this place and the comfort of Palm Cay community!! No goodbyes, just see you soon!!

We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this property. Host Chauncy was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and made the entire process smooth from booking through check-out. The home itself was beautiful, thoughtfully decorated, and very clean. It provided easy access and had everything our large family needed to feel comfortable and settled. The neighborhood was quiet, relaxing, and well maintained. We felt safe and truly enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere. The beaches nearby were stunning and added to our experience. Access to the clubhouse was well worth the additional cost — the pools and gym were excellent amenities that our family really enjoyed. We also highly recommend the Pink Octopus restaurant for great food and a fun dining experience. There is also a lovely park within the community and a spa that we unfortunately did not have time to use, but would definitely plan to enjoy on a future visit. Overall, this was fantastic stay and beautiful location!

We had an amazing stay at Chauncy's place. The living space was beautiful and enormous. We really appreciated all the suggestions Chauncy provided us about a car rental, restaurants, taxis, and places to visit. He was extremely responsive to all the questions we had. The kitchen area had top notch appliances including a built coffee maker. The property has a west facing view of the marina and is a short walk to the Palm Cay facilities. We will definitely be coming back to Chauncy's place.

First trip to Nassau. The condo was exactly as we expected from the listing! Chauncy couldn’t have been more accommodating. He was so helpful throughout our stay. Loved the location on the property….perfect for our ‘older’ parents in being able to walk easily to the pool/beach….which was stunning!

Our stay at the villa was wonderful. It was both beautiful and very affordable, especially for being located in Nassau. The apartment looked exactly as pictured and was clean, comfortable, and well put together. The host was extremely welcoming and attentive throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. The entire community felt peaceful, safe, and relaxing, which was something we truly appreciated. We enjoyed our time so much that we plan to return again, and next time we hope to bring more family members with us. We would love the opportunity to book additional villas in the community so we can all stay together. Thank you again for such a great experience!

Jody and Chauncy were great hosts. The airbnb was very spacious, the air conditioning worked well, the kitchen is big and well equipped. The location is convenient, an easy walk to the Four Seasons, access to the beach and Atlantis. We picked up great tips on things to do in the area from our hosts, overall a good stay.

One of the world‘s best Airbnb everything was beautiful communication amazing one of the best houses in the world. The whole entire house was spotless. I will continue going there over and over again.

We stayed at Baha Mar for 2 days before unwinding here and im so glad we stayed at this penthouse is was soooo beautiful the ocean view was the highlight of the house. The rooms and decor is beautiful very posh I would def stay here again if im coming back i wouldnt want to stay at the resort its peaceful and I love that The beach is like you have it all to yourself. Walking distance to restaurants near by and the bar bon viviant in literally below you and great drinks. I only stayed 2 days but wish I stayed longer will def come back.

Le logement était fidèle à la description. Les environs sont calmes, la plage devant la maison est splendide et très peu fréquentée. Il est vrai que c’est un peu à l’extérieur de la ville, mais tout est accessible en voiture facilement en 30 à 60 minutes maximum. 60 minutes c’est pour traverser l’île au complet. Il est très facile de circuler sur l’île. Il y a un supermarché à 5 minutes en voiture et un autre à 10 minutes en voiture. Je reviendrais ici n’importe quand.

We had a great stay! The location was very convenient — we rented a car and it was about a 10-minute drive to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. The host was excellent, very responsive and quick to help whenever we had any questions or concerns. The Airbnb itself was very clean, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our entire stay. Would definitely recommend!
