We had a wonderful stay at 1405 Starfish Isle. The home was spotless, exactly as described—if not better—and had everything our family needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location is fantastic, just a short block from the private beach, with easy, very clean beach access that made our days simple and enjoyable. Chauncey was an excellent host: friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions. We would happily stay here again.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Chauncy’s beachfront unit to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we arrived, Chauncy and every staff member were amazing and incredibly helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The beachfront unit was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, providing the perfect environment for my family of 4. Our kids loved playing on the beach just steps from our door, and the stunning ocean views made our mornings truly special. A plus of this location is that it’s attached to Viola's Restaurant. It was fantastic to have such delicious dining options right at our doorstep whenever we wanted something good to eat. If I could give this space 5+ stars, I absolutely would! We highly recommend Chauncy’s beachfront place to anyone looking for a family-friendly retreat, especially for special occasions. We can't wait to return for another stay! THANK YOU ‼️

My stay at Chauncy’s place in Paradise Island was amazing from start to finish. The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located for a relaxing getaway in paradise. Everything was exactly as described and very easy and comfortable throughout my stay. I also want to sincerely thank Vernay, who was always quick to respond no matter the time and consistently helpful, kind, and professional. If you’re looking for a stay in the Bahamas that is comfortable, convenient, and unforgettable, I highly recommend Chauncy’s Airbnb. I would definitely stay again and can’t wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The condo was beautiful, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was perfect — just steps from a beautiful and secluded beach. The host was always available to answer questions and provide great suggestions for places to visit and things to do. As an added bonus, the gym was excellent for anyone who likes to work out. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything with our visit worked out well so miscommunication in the beginning, but it was straightened out really quickly. I would say from someone who works remote. The Wi-Fi was very spotty, especially upstairs pretty much didn’t exist. The Wi-Fi downstairs worked half the day if that but we were on vacation who needs Internet. The host is very responsive. The house was clean. Maybe 100 feet from the beach.

Honest review, after reading a lot of previous ones for this property… this is as good as you can possibly get parodies island outside of a resort. The location is amazing, beautiful view, amazing pools, great beach, less than 10 minute walk to anything you need in town, the ferry docks, and Atlantis restaurants and shopping. If you want peace and quiet outside of the chaos of resorts like we do, this is absolutely the right spot! The property was super clean, the concerns I saw on previous reviews about the door lock have been fixed, we had no issues at all. The main bathroom looks freshly updated and was beautiful. The recommended activities were great. We went out with sandy toes for the day and I highly recommend it. The restaurant on location was just okay and very slow, you’re better off going out for food, but their drinks were great. Overall, it’s the perfect spot to be close to everything and still be able to relax. We absolutely recommend this one!!

We had a great stay. The Airbnb was very nice with amazing views of the marina. Palm Cay is a great location with amenities. The host Chauncy was very responsive, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Immaculate, beautifully appointed apartment in a safe area. It's not far to shops, restaurants, beaches etc, but you'll need a car. Felt safe and comfortable. Loved the decor. I'll definitely look to stay again.
