House Rules

To avoid pests in a warm, humid country such as The Bahamas, avoid eating in the bedrooms. All windows and doors are to be closed when leaving the villa or in rainy weather The AC and lights shall be turned off when you leave the property. This is a smoke-free property, you can smoke only outside. No pets allowed The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure. Don't use the towels to remove make-up or clean-up the floor. Bath towels must stay in the house, as you have beach towels for the outdoors. Any breach to these rules will allow the host to charge an extra fee for damage or extra cleaning or maintenance

We were a family of four with two teenagers. The space was perfect. Access to the water ideal with a kayak and paddle board to use. Beautiful, quiet and easy to get around the island from. Best to have a car so you can go to restaurants etc., but the water right outside our door was enough for us in terms of a beach! We would stay here again next time.

Chauncey was an excellent communicator. The condo was very comfortable and clean. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. The location is amazing (though a car is necessary)- so private and there were times it felt like we had the whole beach to ourselves. Waking up and sipping coffee while watching the waves was amazing.

Chauncy’s property exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. The listing photos accurately represent the home, but stepping inside and seeing the calm, crystal‑clear water just steps from the back door is something pictures can’t fully capture. The home was spotless, with comfortable bedding and furniture, and plenty of outdoor seating for relaxing in the sun. When we arrived, the house was stocked with basic essentials, such as paper towels, trash bags, and toiletries, which made settling in easy. The outdoor sitting area is spacious and perfect for enjoying peaceful meals while listening to gentle waves instead of crowded beach noise. The neighborhood is quiet and welcoming. We met a few of the neighbors and enjoyed casual conversations with them. The property is conveniently located with a 15 minute drive from the airport and less than 5 minutes from a well‑stocked grocery store. If you’re looking for secluded beauty away from the crowds, this property is for you!

A real gem. Right on the water in Coral Harbour. Tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Chauncy is a great host. He responds quickly and is very flexible. Given the pricey restaurants in Nassau we decided to have most of our meals at home. Kitchen was well equipped for this. We also rented a car as using taxis would have been prohibitively expensive. We received a long stay visit discount that was much appreciated. The house is worth the price.

Lovely place and great location. Peaceful getaway but close enough to enjoy everything the island offers. Highlights were snorkeling and kayaking from the beach, scuba diving (house is minutes away from Stuart’s Cove) and Junkanoo parade on New Year’s Day. Host was super responsive and great to work with.

The condo is even nicer than in the pictures; it has everything you need for a truly wonderful vacation. It's a very quiet but absolutely amazing place. You can enjoy spectacular sunsets, and the beach is incredibly relaxing with calm waters and no big waves. About a 15-minute walk away, you can find two grocery stores and two liquor stores, but you'll definitely need to rent a car to explore the island, which is beautiful. On the beach, you can find coral washed ashore by the sea. We even had the opportunity to see a stingray and a turtle. I really love this place!!!
