- Turn off the lights and AC whenever you leave the house more than 2 hours - Take out the Trash out every day, the bin is located on the parking lot by the white fence - Additional charge for lost key is $10 - To avoid pests in a warm, humid country such as the Bahamas, avoid eating in the bedrooms. - All windows and doors are to be closed when leaving the villa or in rainy weather - This a smoke-free property, you can smoke only outside. - The total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed. - All trash and perishables must be disposed of and dishes washed before departure. - Don't use the towels to remove make-up or clean-up the floor. Bath towels must stay in the house, as you have beach towels for the outdoors. If towels are stained by ground, make-up, wine etc an extra $20 per towel stained will be charged.
