• No parties, events, or gatherings of any kind. • Only registered guests are allowed on the property at all times. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors. • No smoking inside the unit. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A $250 cleaning fee will apply if violated. • Do not move furniture or décor without permission. • Please turn off lights, AC, and appliances when leaving the property. • Towels are for indoor use only. Do not use bath towels at the beach or pool unless beach towels are provided. • Report any damages or issues immediately so we can address them promptly. • Do not hang towels or clothing over balconies or railings. • Trash must be disposed of properly in the designated bins. • No illegal substances or activities are permitted on the property. • Respect the property as if it were your own. Excessive mess or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair charges. • Check-out time must be strictly followed unless prior approval is given for a late departure.
