We really enjoyed our stay at Chauncy’s place. The house is in a perfect spot — close to Cable Beach and Baha Mar, with plenty of food and shops nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and relaxing. Chauncy was super easy to communicate with and always quick to reply. The house was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Nassau!

I have been to Nassau many many times over the years. I have stayed in many different Airbnb‘s, and without a doubt, this is the best one yet. In fact, all my future stays , as long as Chauncey has this home available, will be here. It literally felt like I was at my home. Everything I needed for the most part was within walking distance. And if it was not within walking distance, the number 10 Island shuttle bus took me where I needed to go. 10 out of 10 will definitely stay again.

The location is phenomenal and the pictures don’t do the space justice. Host was responsive and kind; we were in town for a wedding and chose this and to rent a car for getting around instead of staying at the local resort and using taxis. This was perfect for us to have enough space for getting ready and not having to deal with taxis. We were comfortable and not jammed in a room like our friends.

We had a wonderful 9-day stay at this amazing house in Nassau. It’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay, with easy access and parking. We rented a car and had no trouble exploring the area. Any questions we had were quickly and kindly addressed. On our first day, we had a bit of trouble accessing the house, but it was resolved promptly. Thank you for everything!

From Cable Beach it is easy to catch the bus to the main attractions and landmarks such as Fish Fry, downtown Nassau, etc. If you want to explore more of the beautiful beaches such as jaw beach or love beach you can rent a car starting at $50/day. Ask us and we will be happy to help.
